significance of the french revolution

Significance of the French Revolution?
I need 15 facts of the significance of the French Revolution. and they must be facts. its for a class.. THANKS

1. destruction of the monarchy.
2. development on the notion of people's armies--the leeve en masse
3. the rise of Napoleon
4. the spread of revolutionary ideas out of France and into the rest of Europe and the rest of the world
5. abolishment of aristocratic privileges
6. abolishment of special privileges for the Catholic church
7. the Reign of Terror introducing one of the first examples of a revolution trying to create ideological purity by terror....

1.destruction of the old monarchy.
2.destruction of of the church as a politcal power.
3.ushered in the enlightment ideas such as democracy and abolishing slavery and secularism.

The people were starving as the king and queen built versialle ( a VERY extravagant palace in the country) and after the riots democracy was established and Napoleon was president

During that time, King Louis the sixteenth and Marie Antoinette were the leaders of France...they were eventually put in the guillotine.
